Welcome to Tetrachrom Inc. (“Tetrachrom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operator of the SMART COLORS™ platform (the “Services”).”

We’re glad you’re here.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Tetrachrom, Inc., the owner and operator of SMART COLORS™ and govern your access to and use of the Tetrachrom Inc. website, platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The SMART COLORS™ application is subject to separate Terms of Service available within the Shopify app or app store.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

1. About the Site & Informational Purpose

The Site is designed to share information about Tetrachrom, Inc., our creative tools, color systems, technology, research, and related services. Any blogs, FAQs, demonstrations, examples, or other materials are provided for informational and creative exploration purposes only.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as legal, technical, commercial, or professional advice tailored to your specific situation. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions based on Site content.

Use of the Site—or contacting us through it—does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship unless and until expressly agreed in writing.

You agree to use the Site responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

  • Use automated tools (including scraping, bots, or crawlers) without permission

  • You remain solely responsible for your submissions
